Failure IS the way to success 🙂 And the sooner we realize it, the faster we get to where we want to go!
I don’t even like to call them failures, but more-so discovering ways that are not the best or ideal way which leads me to the VERY BEST WAY to do things. As the saying goes “Fail your way to success”!
I know one thing for certain in business. It is never a straight line from A to Z! There will be detours, bumps in the road, and more. And sometimes we have to abandon ship and start over. It is just the way of it and it is beautiful. Which brings to mind another old saying that I love:
“Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.”
– Harriet Beecher Stowe
This quote reminds of that old saying “most accidents happen close to home”. 🙂
I don’t know if it is true or not that most accidents happen close to home, but I do know that there is a power in never giving up.
Call it tenacity or what you will, it is powerful. One of the techniques that you can use to help you with never giving up is to use the thought process and the word process of saying things like:
“I know that my future self can handle anything and I am prepared”
And being prepared means to be prepared in your mind! 95% of the game is played in our mind, so don’t worry about being prepared with a million details, it is more important to be prepared in your mind and heart.
Learn to trust yourself. Look back at how far you have come and what you have been through and you will then have proof that you can trust you so there you have it! 🙂
So in conclusion, never give up, learn to trust yourself because YOU DO have YOUR own back and you know that you can handle anything that comes your way now or in the future because you say it is so and words hold the ultimate power.
Ultimately people buy your product and services because of YOU. People buy because of the value created and the trust they feel. This is why being authentic and genuine, along with the desire to serve the world is truly a winning combination! Go forth and be YOU today on your work and your world! 🙂

No matter if you are building a business over time or building a Facebook Page, this formula is the same.
Consistent efforts will eventually get results. Sometimes we forget this. We are so wanting to jump from A to Z in our success that we forget the POWER, yes the POWER of small drips of effort.
Doing at least something every day really does add up. An example I have used with my team of entrepreneurs is that you may not be known for something right away but if you consistently share or send out that message, eventually you will be thought of as the go-to person for whatever that message is.
I will use my own example. I have posted many times about the importance of Vitamin B12 and the significance of a deficiency of B12. So now, many times people come to me for advise on supplementing with Vitamin B12.
That didn’t happen overnight or with one FB post, it has been built over a period of time… drip…. drip…. drip…. you get the idea.
I call it drip marketing. You share genuinely helpful things and eventually you make an impact or an impression just like the water has done to the stones in the picture.
So never underestimate the consistent efforts you make even if you feel that they are not making a difference at the time.
In business and in life we often want to ‘be in control’, but it is much better to be in alignment and aligned with our purpose. Being in alignment means that we allow things to come to us that fit and match our purpose and mission. We trust that if we are clear in our … Continue reading Be In Alignment Not In Control

“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.” ― Randy Pausch
It is uncanny that I ran across this quote yesterday. I’m gonna get honest here. I was having a pity party last night. I even shed a few tears of frustration.
I’ve been working so hard at my writing and brand building, I’ve been on a zillion webinars, I work all day and well into the night, I have bought a tonne of stuff to help me with my digital marketing, many that I haven’t even had a chance to look at or to learn yet, I have been setting up E-comm stores, and MORE!. … and I want things to be moving faster for me.
I keep finding the shiny things and thinking this is IT! But those shiny things only distract me. 🙂
Anyhoo, I really, really, liked this quote. And I think of one other that has helped me out over the years which is “If it was easy, everyone would be doing it”. LOL
Thanks for listening and always keep the faith. I am over my pity party and it is back to full speed ahead. 🙂
AND if you are feeling frustrated and not where you think you should be by now, hang in there! We’ve got this. Stay the course and always remember Persistence, Persistence, Persistence! 🙂
“We are what we repeatedly do. Success is not an action but a habit.” ?????
I love this quote that many have quoted Aristotle for being the originator of, but now there are many who say that is false and that it was not from Aristotle. And do you know what? 🙂 I don’t care who said it, I love it!
I just love this quote and it works for me 🙂
When it comes to internet marketing and building a digital empire, I especially love this quote! It makes me feel really good about my efforts and strides that I have been working on and making every day for the past many years. 🙂 Every day I hammer away at my keyboard, every day I learn new things, every day I try to post valuable stuff to help others, every day I dig deeper and deeper into the keys and the success codes to make my online empire more and more of a reality.
♥ AND it’s working. ♥ Success does not come over night. It’s a process. It’s a journey. It’s consistent work that pays off if you hang in there.
Success is about taking small action steps, being open minded, willing to learn, willing to ask questions, willing to never give up, and success is committing to your dreams! Damn it. It’s important! YOU and YOUR dreams are damn important.
✴ 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬. ✴
And most importantly…. please don’t let yourself down…. stay the course and keep on hammering away at your dreams.
This quote reminds me of the saying “As one door closes, another one opens”.
I have always been a believer in failing your way to success; however, I’ve never really seen it as failing. I have seen it more so as having tried what does not work in order to find out what does work.
When you realize that this is a normal part of so called success, it takes the pressure off. I think the biggest trait that makes a difference, is when one is persistent and when one never gives up. Now that is the key to success and for surviving so called failure. 🙂
I write about the power of persistence often and for good reason. Just keep on truckin! 🙂
Persistence is the golden key to success in all forms. I learned this a long time ago. And now that I understand universal laws so much more, I really get it. Energy flows where attention goes, so persistence helps to keep the attention focused on where it needs to go to develop momentum and ultimately business growth and success.
One of my all time favorite sayings is: “Persistence, Persistence, Persistence”… I say it with a french accent to make it even more stickable in my brain so that I remember how important persistence is 🙂
